TESTIMONIALS

Since I was first introduced to Whoa Dog training equipment
in 2004, I have been a die hard fan! There are
precious few products out there that I can whole-heartedly
endorse and Whoa Dog has me sold! Being raised by the
world’s greatest penny pincher, I demand a product that
excels in its purpose and just lasts and lasts – Whoa Dog
does just that!
There
are two particular items that I simply cannot be without – they are
unsurpassed in quality, design and value – the training tab and the
pocket slip lead. They are made from a material that is 100%
waterproof (so I can’t kill them – even with rough usage over time and
over multiple dogs) and that is amazingly strong.
The training tab is perfect for getting in those quick, accurate
corrections needed to teach and enforce proper line manners. It’s
perfect for the young transition dogs that have graduated from leash and
collar work. And, I owe the precise line manners at tests with my
master dogs to that handy little device. This product offers me a
perfect way to demand strict obedience in yard drills without the dogs
having to endure constant e-pressure for every little thing. It
allows me to preserve attitude – especially with soft
dogs – without giving an inch on performance.
As for the pocket slip lead……WoW!! I have never worked with anything
that comes close! I am not exactly a large person – only five feet, two
inches tall – and with the Whoa Dog slip lead, I can get in a VERY
meaningful correction in the holding blind – even to my 95 pound male –
without the bulk and noise of a chain collar. Then, its small enough to
easily fit into my pocket when I am ready to walk to the line. Its not
at all big and bulky like those nice, nylon British line leads. I love
those also – but NOT at a hunt test! The brown lead looks like a
classy, leather lead, but provides extreme strength by comparison. The
blaze orange is almost impossible to lose – even in the heaviest cover.
I am addicted to the sport of hunting retrievers and am equally addicted
to Whoa Dog products. You simply cannot do any better!!
